Architectural Design

  1. Pre-design Phase consisting of research and analysis on the lot property and design guidelines, whenever applicable.
  2. Schematic Design Phase when the initial concept design is generated. 
  3. Design Development Phase when preliminary technical drawings are produced.
  4. Contract Document Phase when the complete set of plans and technical documents are integrated for purpose of bidding, development or building permit.
  5. Construction Phase when the architect or designer ensures that the original design is well coordinated during the construction stage and up to project completion.

Engineering Design

  1. Structural analysis and design to make sure that the building is structurally sound and safe when built.
  2. Sanitary and plumbing design.
  3. Electrical analysis and design. 
  4. Mechanical analysis and design. 
  5. Electronics design.
  6. Fire protection design.  

Processing Building Permit Application

  1. Completion, compliance, and submission of all required plans and technical documents for submission to the Office of the Building Official.
  2. To secure from the Office of the Building Official the approved Building Permit as a prerequisite or requirement before any construction could start.
  3. Included in this phase is to secure the following documents from the local government office after completing the project: (a) Occupancy Permit, (b) Certificate of Electrical Inspection.   

Construction of Residential, Commercial, Institutional and Leisure Properties

  1. Design and construction service; or 
  2. Construction only, for clients with pre-arranged or predetermined architectural design.

Interior Fit Out and Interior Finishing for Residential and Commercial Units

  1. Interior design and fit-out service; or  
  2. Fit-out service only; or 
  3. Renovation of interior only.

    The Interior Fit Out service ensures a faster appreciation of market value, to maximize potential function and to maintain aesthetic appearance.

Project Management and Construction Supervision, for clients who decide to engage such service that would provide the link and coordinated efforts between the Owner, Designer and Contractor

  1. Review of architectural, engineering plans, and project costs.   
  2. Tendering, bid evaluation, and awarding to the contractor.  
  3. During the construction phase.
  4. And until the project is handed over to the client or its end user.   

Loan and Financing Application (PAGIBIG and Banks)

Our tie-up with different financing institutions including major commercial banks and Pagibig Fund make project financing options accessible to the clients. Lot owner who wants to build a dream home but does not have sufficient fund to build it may avail the home construction loan from these financing institutions. 

Other Engineering Services

  1. Land Surveying, by an in-house licensed geodetic engineer.
  2. Review of land title and processing land title transfer.
  3. Structural Integrity Consultation, by a licensed civil and structural engineer.
